Getting to the Heart of your symptoms
Through Acupuncture, I approach health issues by unblocking the underlying energy within our bodies. We call this energy qi (pronounced “chee”), and my job is to identify blockages in the body and insert needles to allow qi to flow more smoothly, providing treatments for stress, anxiety, emotional trauma, sports injuries, hormonal wellness and IVF & IUI support.
Chinese medicine recalibrates your energy
Chinese medicine refers to the wide range of healing modalities used to diagnose and treat illness by manipulating the energy—the vital life force referred to as “qi” in traditional Chinese medicine—that pulses through every cell in our bodies. Acupuncture is one of the oldest forms of healing modalities and my intention is to apply it through a modern lens.
How Acupuncture Works
Each acupuncture point acts as a gateway, sending energetic information electromagnetically via the fascia deep into the body. Here are some of the ways acupuncture works:
PROMOTES HEALING
Delivering a small electrical prompt to the body to restore balance & homeostasis.
RELEASES BLOCKAGE
Releasing areas of blocked Qi which stimulates organ function & promotes health.
IMPROVES CIRCULATION
Promoting circulation in the body improves function where needed.
REDUCES PAIN
Acting as a natural analgesic, acupuncture interrupts pain signaling.
BALANCES BODY CHEMISTRY
Influencing the body’s biochemical responses via the nervous system.
REDUCES INFLAMMATION
Reduces proinflammatory markers, or proteins, in the body.
The Acupuncture Ecosystem
Acupuncture points are chosen according to your specific diagnosis. Once the needles are in, most patients feel a deep sense of calm. To augment your treatment, other modalities including aromatheraphy, gua sha, cupping and acupressure may be used to help you restore your body's natural ability to heal itself.

FAQ
Some Questions You Might Have
After two or three treatments, most patients feel substantially better. Some people feel better right away, while other people's results take longer. This can depend on the patient's age or how severe or seemingly protracted the condition is.
My practice is about creating a sanctuary where health is nurtured and elevated to its highest potential. I have been combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern wellness techniques for almost 20 years, specializing in acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, and Chinese herbal remedies, which has helped hundreds of women achieve vibrant health and natural beauty. This work is about being 100% present. One-on-one, focused attention allows me to understand my patients on a deep level. I only see one patient at a time to reduce every distraction possible to provide the best care. My goal with each treatment is to tailor an approach that suits your current state of being and helps you achieve a state of wellness inside and out.
It is best to come weekly for a short time and then monthly for maintenance, as needed. My goal is to get you on your way, not keep you in treatment forever.
I treat my patients how I would like to be treated, so that means needle insertions are very gentle. Can it hurt? It's possible, about 1 in 1000 needles I insert are uncomfortable for my clients. That said, there’s a chance of bruising with Facial Rejuvenation treatments. If you are on blood thinners, please contact your doctor before booking a session.
