Lymphatic drainage and detoxification has an immediate effect. Right after the session, you will see and feel the treatment results. However, the fluid will continue to drain around 24 to 48 hours post-session.

For lymphatic drainage facial treatments, once every 2-3 weeks, followed by a customized maintenance schedule based on individual analysis and results.

Lymphatic drainage treatments for leg, arm, and torso swelling are tailored to individual needs, with more frequent sessions initially and a gradual reduction to maintenance sessions over time. Consistency and commitment to the recommended treatment plan are key to achieving optimal results.

For lifestyle support: Once a month is sufficient to maintain well-being, support the immune system, and aid in detoxification.

For any post-surgery or injury recovery: Weekly sessions are often recommended during the initial recovery phase to reduce swelling and accelerate tissue healing.

Depending on the patient, my lymphatic drainage treatments may incorporate acupuncture. That said, I treat my patients how I would like to be treated, so that means needle insertions are very gentle. The rest of the treatment is done with gentle sliding cups; there can be a small amount of soreness and bruising is possible.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service total.

We do not process insurance in-house; however, we are happy to provide you with a receipt that has the necessary coding for you to submit to your provider. We recommend checking with your insurance company to see if you are covered for acupuncture and, if so, what specific conditions your insurance company covers acupuncture for.
