Welcome to Your First Visit

Let's tailor a treatment plan just for you

What to Expect

Our session together takes place in a quiet intimate space that allows for only one patient at a time. This time is dedicated to you. We'll create a customized treatment for your unique state of being, using a range of Chinese medicinal and modern wellness therapies. Acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, microcurrent stimulation and other modalities including aromatheraphy, gua sha, cupping and acupressure may be used. Herbs may also be paired with acupuncture to enhance your treatment and help you restore your body's natural ability to heal itself.

The Intake

I Strive to Know You Inside And Out

The intake starts with the patient forms right after you book your session. After that, we'll use the start of your first visit to answer any additional questions and apply several methods from my training as a Doctor of Chinese Medicine to further assess your wellbeing and possible root issues.

I was very skeptical of the general idea of acupuncture, but honestly, Catherine is amazing and has totally converted me. I have to admit I still do not understand how it works at all, but it definitely works. Highly, highly recommended.
