While I enjoyed the rigorous academics and the hallowed atmosphere of learning, I struggled with panic attacks that mainstream solutions seemed insufficient to address. In 2002, after being exposed to alternative medicine in Brazil, I began my studies at The New England School of Acupuncture to become the Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine that I am today. This evolving knowledge underscores the effectiveness of acupuncture as a natural approach to managing stress and anxiety, providing hope for women seeking alternative methods of stress relief. In my practice, acupuncture has shown excellent results in relieving stress and anxiety in women. By targeting specific points in the body, acupuncture helps restore balance and promote relaxation. Additional tools at your disposal are maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep, which can further support your mental well-being. If you're looking for a natural and holistic approach to managing stress and anxiety, consider exploring acupuncture and its potential benefits. I'm happy to help.
