The Weekly Letter
The Weekly Letter
One note a week, from my studio to your inbox
Not a newsletter in the marketing sense — closer to a note from a friend who happens to have spent twenty years with her hands on women's bodies.
You're on the list.
Watch your inbox — the next note usually goes out Sunday. Leave whenever you like, I won't take it personally.

Do any of these feel familiar?
- Not feeling 100% yourself.
- Tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix.
- Being told your labs are normal when you still feel awful.
- Being gaslit with a straight face.
- Being treated as a woman of a certain age.
I do write about those. But more of the letter goes the other way — toward steadier energy, ease in your own skin, and the version of yourself you picture when you imagine feeling well again.

The last few, so you know what you're in for
Not a weekly sales blast, and never a roundup of links I haven't read. Mostly it's whatever actually happened that week, and the one thing from my practice I think you'd want to know.
A new note most weeks, usually Sunday.
What actually arrives
Three parts, every time. A few minutes to read.
Newport, my family, whatever I'm turning over. This is the part people write back about.
Usually whatever has been coming up on my table that week — hormones, sleep, skin, the things nobody prepared us for.
Specific and named. Never a list of links I haven't opened myself.
Who's writing
For 20+ years and thousands of patients I've practiced an intimate, holistic approach to wellness and beauty — an approach grounded in Chinese medicine alongside modern, non-invasive tools, from a small studio on Deblois Street in Newport.
The letter is the part of that I can give you for free. It draws on the same conversations that keep coming up in my practice.
— Dr. Catherine
